Nicole is a proud San Diego native. Together, she and her husband Oscar have two beautiful daughters, Alaina Kayelle & Alyvia Kara, along with two dapper young boys, Elijah & Jaden!

I have been a licensed Realtor for the past four years and am extremely proud to have been appointed as the Christensen Realty Group’s Operations Manager. The management capacity combined with my certified transaction coordinator license ensures that timeliness, compliance, and knowledge of documentation is one less worry when you work with our team! With a human resources background as well, not only am I programmed to follow every important detail of our transactions, it is in my nature to really get to know our clients & their needs and I pride myself in doing so.
Fun for me is filled with family, food, and finding joy in the moment. Growing up in a big islander family, we found any & every reason to gather for a celebration. The party always began in the kitchen and overflowed into every part of the house and at a very early age I learned the importance of having a place to call HOME. A house for us was the epicenter of all things possible. A place where we could create our own rules & endless memories. As my family grew and my siblings each moved away to purchase their very own homes, I dreamt of the time when I could follow in their footsteps.
What I love most about my job is getting to meet amazing people from all walks of life that share in that similar dream… to invest in a great financial choice for themselves and their family.
