
I wanted to share a meaningful story about Kunho, Jean, and their sweet 2-year-old daughter, Dana.
I first met them at our 8454 Burr Ln open house. At the time, they were exploring their options and interviewing several agents from Redfin, Zillow, and other companies while searching for the right fit. After a brief conversation, I’m truly grateful our paths crossed in that moment.
At the time, they were living in a rental condo and beginning to explore the possibility of purchasing their very first home that would better support their family’s long-term needs. Their priorities included:

• Westview High School access
• A safe neighborhood
• The right layout for their growing family
• Strong long-term value
The journey was not easy. We toured many homes together, wrote multiple offers, and navigated several competitive situations where patience and persistence truly mattered.
What truly deepened the trust between us was one particular home they were seriously considering.
After looking more closely into the property and the surrounding neighborhood, I identified several concerns, including frequent nearby parties and unfamiliar foot traffic that could pose potential safety risks and long-term challenges for the family. At that moment, I advised them Not to move forward because I genuinely felt it was not the right fit for their family’s well-being.
Shortly after that experience, Jean came to the Celata open house, gave me a warm hug, and surprised me with a handwritten note sharing how supported and cared for they felt throughout the entire process.
Jean told me that I could have simply helped them complete the transaction, but instead I chose to be honest, and protect them; and that they truly felt I cared about their family, and protected.
Then, within one week, we found their dream home, and it fulfilled nearly everything they had hoped for from the very beginning of their search!
