Have you met our Notable Neighbor Nina Shantel Krosch? She and her husband Steve Krosch have lived in Park Village for the past 23 years. You might have seen them on their daily walks, engaging with fellow residents and admiring the beautifully landscaped yards that dot our neighborhood.
Nina’s journey is quite inspiring. Like many of us, she’s faced her share of challenges, particularly when it comes to health. While genetics played a role, she discovered that her diet was the primary culprit, despite her belief that she was eating relatively healthily by avoiding fast food.

To that end, Nina is planning a presentation for local residents titled “Reverse & Prevent Disease with Supermarket Foods” on Saturday, November 9th from 10:30-11:30 AM at Peñasquitos Creek Park.
