Rhodes Crossing Development is proposing a significant increase in housing density for our community. Their project amendment proposes replacing 56 single family homes with 511 multi-family units. The project includes a 7 story building directly next to Senda Panacea single family homes. It eliminates the only 3.5 acre passive park proposed for this area. This will impact everyone who loves and calls Rancho Peñasquitos and Torrey Highlands home.
