Meet our daughter, Jessica Peressini! Some of you might remember when Jessica worked with Dan years ago as San Diego’s Premier Father/Daughter Real Estate Team. She took a hiatus from real estate to have two children and is now back working with us as our team’s Director of Operations.
Almost 11 years ago, Jessica married our youngest son’s good friend, Jeff Peressini, who also grew up in PQ.
Jessica’s eye for detail and knowledge of the real estate contract add value to our clients as she helps them navigate the escrow process. She works tirelessly to make it as smooth as possible. Many of our clients haven’t sold a home in many years and our first time home buyers are just learning this thing called escrow. Her calm, confidence assures our clients they are taken well care of. She helps keep the many, many disclosures involved in a real estate transaction organized and submitted in a timely manner. In addition, she created and helps the team navigate our work flow systems so we operate at a high level for our clients and each other. Her ability to anticipate issues that might arise is unmatched.
