Meet Johanna Christensen, The Christensen Realty Group’s Team Buyer Agent and Client Concierge!
Johanna is a wife and mother of two who comes to us with a previous career in the university setting as well as building two successful small businesses (and Dan & Deb’s sister-in-law).
We needed a people oriented, organized, and resourceful individual who can keep our team and clients operating at a high level. Johanna is action oriented and her organizational skills are much appreciated as she fills her roll as our client and team concierge. If it needs doing, Johanna gets it done!
Johanna adds value to our clients as she helps them organize their move, provide helpful resources in what ever area they need and even driving some to the airport so they can catch an early morning flight. She adds value to the team by researching ideas and implementing them, overseeing client gift giving, co-creating content for our blogs and eblasts, organizing our community events, and serving as a liaison to the community so we can continue offering value. She does so much more than that and we are thankful for her presence on the team.

Johanna’s path to joining the Christensen Realty Group has been a diverse and meandering one, marked by cross-country relocations, entrepreneurial ventures, working in academic institutions, event planning, and being a wife and mom in a dynamic and happy family. In her role as Client Concierge and “Gapper” at CRG, she provides ancillary support to our clients and the team in all facets of real estate.
Her winding path began in New Mexico, led to California, then Washington DC, and back, repeatedly. Back in the 80’s, Johanna married Scott – who happens to be Dan’s brother – and with moxie and determination they have raised two sons who are now young adults.
For Johanna, this crisscrossing, varied journey developed her experience and versatility in adapting, prioritizing, “figuring it out”, strategic planning, a little bit of artistic and design experience, and the invaluable soft skills of diplomacy, empathy, and a positive outlook.
Because of her own cross-country move experiences, Johanna can relate to the stress and excitement that our clients feel around the prospect of buying or selling a home. She strives to provide encouragement and calm reassurance when our clients are preparing their home and family for a move.
