Hi, I’m Johanna.

I’d like to introduce myself —and share why real estate matters to me.

For all of my memories, going back to when I was a child, the home I live in is the foundation and the stage for everything happening around me.

I grew up and went to college in New Mexico. In 1992, my husband’s career took us to Huntington Beach, CA, Northern Virginia (twice), and San Diego (twice). Along the way, we raised two sons who are now married and building lives of their own.

Seven addresses and home purchases later, I’ve experienced the angst that goes into choosing a home. Every move brought its own mix of excitement and possibility, along with pressure, and the hope that we were making the right decision.

The truth is, buying or selling a home is a huge decision. It affects your family, your lifestyle, your sense of identity and belonging—and is often your largest financial investment.

That’s a big part of why I became a real estate agent.

At this stage of my life, I’m not afraid to say that I bring something unique to my clients that goes beyond the transaction: Real-life experience, perspective, and a genuine understanding of what it feels like to make a major move. I know the questions that come with it, the competing priorities, and the desire to get it right.

I bring deep knowledge of the San Diego North Inland communities I’ve called home, along with a close eye on market trends, neighborhood dynamics, and the seasonal patterns that influence buying and selling.

I’ll share that lived experience with you, along with thoughtful guidance, so you can make confident decisions—not simply about a house, but about the next chapter of your life.
