Let’s get to know him better …
Originally from Oklahoma City, Ty served in the Unites States Marine Corps, deploying multiple times to the Middle East with 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit. With several awards and commendations, Ty was Honorably discharged as a Non-Commissioned Officer. After graduating with honors from Cal State, Ty served several years in law enforcement as a Deputy Probation Officer, Sheriff’s Gang Unit Officer, and an Investigator.
When Ty decided to follow his interest in real estate in 2004, he quickly became a successful agent. He also served as the Broker of Record for several real estate firms over the past 20 years, training and supervising hundreds of real estate agents and brokering thousands of real estate transactions.
He has a law degree and has earned several real estate designations such as Accredited Buyer’s Representative ®, e-PRO ®, Seller Representative Specialist®, Real Estate Divorce Specialist®, and Certified Negotiation Expert®.
Clients enjoy Ty’s calm demeanor, responsiveness, and attention to details. He assists with all Christensen Realty Group transactions and thoroughly enjoys helping us get our clients where they want to go. He is a valuable asset to the CRG Team. Ty has a wife, two children, and a Golden Doodle named Chewy.
