Look no further... Dan Christensen is by far one of the most knowledgeable, professional and congenial individuals I have ever worked with. He is the best Realtor that I have ever used, exhibiting high standards of service to his clients, and negotiating the best price. Dan & Deb are - kind, humble, people who put other’s needs first. Dan was never impatient, answered every question I had and made sure we stuck to my “preparation” budget. I was extremely impressed at the level of detail the Christensen’s went to in order to sell my home. Everything that was broken or wasn’t working was fixed, we had new paint and carpet and the yard was beautiful. Staging the home and showing it was very easy, as Deb hired a professional to come in and use some of my stuff, some of theirs and make it look like a model home. I felt comfortable communicating with both Dan and Deb. Even if I sent a 2 am panic email, I got a response first thing in the morning. Once the house was sold, Dan walked me through the escrow and closing process, then continued to help me with moving and getting settled in my new home. The Christensen’s provide a full circle of service - from start to finish! They are by your side. I set a high price for my Home knowing that I couldn’t move without getting close. Dan got higher than what I had set with an awesome contract. The Christensen’s are not only Realtors, they generously donate their time and money to the community. I am impressed at the level of commitment they have for Park Village, Rancho Penasquitos and San Diego. I’ve referred them to all my friends and will use them again!
