We had a fantastic experience with Dan and Deb Christensen. They have outstanding knowledge of the local real estate market and what buyers are looking for. They have a marketing plan that includes a home staging service, photos, videos, and mailings. Their carefully choreographed plan ensured we received multiple full price offers the first weekend our house was on the market. They have outstanding knowledge of the entire process from listing through closing. They tracked all of the multiple events that need to occur and would proactively reach out to the various players to ensure there were no bottlenecks and that things proceeded on schedule. They were equally as helpful in helping us find our new home in a specific neighborhood in a tight market. Again they followed the entire process closely and were proactive in dealing with various players to ensure our move-out and move-in dates all aligned. The Christensen's are friendly, professional and extremely helpful. They advised and helped us on how to make our home appeal more to the market.
