We honestly could not have asked for a better experience. Deb and Dan made the entire home-buying experience so easy. We picked them because of the 92129 reviews we read on Zillow, all of which were excellent. Well, this husband-and-wife team exceeded even those reviews. They were incredibly knowledgeable about  the areas were we looking in in Rancho Penasquitos and south Carlsbad. With their help, we zeroed in on a few neighborhoods we were interested in, and Dan and Deb found listings that met our criteria, then shared insider knowledge about the areas--what work we could potentially do to make it the home of our dreams, what nearby areas were great for kids (we have two), even where we might shop, eat, etc. When we finally put an offer in, we were actually one of five all offering over the asking price. Dan and Deb worked through the Thanksgiving holiday, helping us figure out how to make our offer the most desirable. And it worked! We got the house and closed three weeks later. I would recommend Dan and Deb and their Christensen Realty Group team to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. Our experience was top notch, and this is actually the third home we've purchased. We would definitely use Dan and Deb again--and we never said that about the other agents we used in the past.
