Truly an awesome experience …

Dan and Deb helped us sell a house in Park Village. We actually interviewed some other agents, before deciding to hire Dan and Deb. Dan was knowledgeable, creative, and confident, as evidenced by his sales record. Dan and Deb are also very detailed and in person. They took care of the house preparation, including improving, staging, cleaning, photographing, and advertising. We got our listing up right on schedule, although our timeline was quite tight. Dan followed up with every potential buyer who showed interest in our house, and did a great job in negotiation. We accepted an excellent offer two weeks after our house went active. This sale for this model beat the previous model sale high by more than $60,000! We moved out of San Diego, after accepting the offer. Dan and Deb took care of everything for us, and managed the closing process to a completely smooth landing.
