Dan and Deb were fantastic throughout every aspect of our home sale process. The first meeting was relaxed and comfortable. We were exploring whether to retain them and we never felt pressure. They displayed great knowledge of the market and especially the local market. When we asked questions, they answered them honestly and forthrightly. When we had questions about price ranges, they listened to our opinions and concerns and worked with us in a rational manner to create a plan that we (the agent and homeowner) could agree to. They were great about managing expectations and giving us their opinions. When dealing with a home that you have lived in for many years (and have loved), this process can be filled with emotion. Dan and Deb were always sensitive to our feelings and helped us make fact and data-based decisions, minimizing the emotional aspects of the sale. We were out of the state during the sale process and Dan and Deb went above and beyond in meeting with anyone who needed to be at the house to conduct due diligence. Dan was great at explaining and assisting with the multitude of forms that must be completed in California pursuant to a home sale and was very helpful in explaining the process so that we did not harbor false expectations. We highly recommend Dan and Deb to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home.
